Fire blanket is a perfect complement to fire extinguishers and is used to put out minor fires on the stove or workbench and similar places.

The fire blanket is made of fiberglass which is covered with a protective silicone surface, thanks to this the blanket does not absorb oils and grease that can otherwise catch fire inside the blanket.

The blanket is placed on the burning surface and effectively extinguishes the fire by suffocation, unlike a fire extinguisher, the blanket leaves no residue / dirt and thus becomes a simpler and better tool for extinguishing fires in the home environment.

The fire blanket from Housegard is manufactured in accordance with national standard EN1869 and meets requirements from MSB and the Fire Protection Association. The blanket is easily accessible on the wall near fire-exposed surfaces such as kitchens and garages.
